Timing was one of the key elements which brought together this captivating image of the bauxite mine blast in Damanjodi, Orissa, India near Vishakapatnam -Vizag port. It was shot with a long telephoto lens and was shot on a very fast shutter speed and made for a memorable shooting experience, as one big boulder came and landed on our Gitzo tripod, missing the Hasselblad camera and lens by a whisker, leaving our poor tripod crippled. Luckily for us, we were spared!
