This photograph was taken for Rieter Switzerland and Rieter India, for their corporate brochure at Sportking textile factory in Bhatinda, Punjab, India. We have created a special effect by lighting each strand of yarn in the background, highlighting the product.

The workers in the factory are primarily women from small villages around the factory, giving a impetus to the local economy. These women are very hard working and efficient and run the factory with clockwork precision.
